Meta Slots

Meta Slots are slots that are prefilled with a variety of information depending on the channel used to communicate with the user and their interaction with your bot.

User ID: User ID from the channel of choice.

Last Message: The last message that the user sent the bot. This may appear as the value of a button they clicked in a quick navigation item or carousel as well as anything input through typing or voice.

Previous Flow: The flow the user was in before entering the current flow.

Current Flow: The flow the user is in right now.

The contents of these slots can be used in a Message Thread as seen in the image above or used to in Action Sequences, Branches or Cloud Functions.
