Stackchat logs each user who interacts with your bot and stores it on the CRM page for that bot.

When you navigate to CRM, you will see a list of all your users.

All users. As this is a web messenger only bot, this bot does not have any Meta Slots filled.

For each user, you will see the following data points:

  • Name (from your channel if available)
  • Surname (from your channel if available)
  • Email (from your channel if available)
  • Channels: all channels that the user has interacted with your bot in.
  • Conversation Started: Marked with a check if true.
  • Custom Data: Marked with a check if data in Custom Slots is present.

For additional information about the user, you can click on the entry for that user. This slideout panel shows:

  • Stackchat user ID
  • Email (from your channel if available)
  • Channels: All channels that the user has interacted with your bot in.
  • Custom fields: All data stored in Custom Slots for that particular user.

The individual page shows all data about the user stored in Custom Slots.
